Thilde Gilling Andersen, also known as "Mother of Bulls", performs magic and small works of culinary art, the likes of which you have hardly experienced. Her work has earned her top-rankings at home and abroad, and she is still the only Dane to have achieved star-ranking with our dear national treasure; Smørrebrød.

Moonshine & Stardust

The unique collab offers a tasting of a total of 6 servings with accompanying drinks menu and the 'bull's' very own moonshine.

The dinner includes both completely new dishes but also the signature, Prima Nocte, which has taken the Michelin guide by storm.

The top of Danish quality suppliers is strongly represented, i.a. the legendary Fanø Butcher and Gamma Brewing, who are trailblazing the Danish beer-scene

As the crowning glory, Denmark's uncrowned Queen of Smørrebrød has teamed up with award-winning confectioner and chocolatier, Mark Hermann, to complete a dining experience that takes the guest down the rabbit hole.
